However, during transit or delivery, rare issues may occur. In such situations, customers are encouraged to follow the guidelines mentioned below to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution.
A customer can seek help from our customer care team if any of these situations occur:
- You have received a damaged or non-functional product.
- An item is missing from your package, and the safety seal is broken.
- You have received a different product than what was ordered (difference in colour, size, design, or completely wrong item).
- The product was never delivered to you or any member of your household.
Important Terms & Conditions for Returns and Cancellations
- For all cancellations or returns, a ₹50 cancellation/return fee will be charged (applicable for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders).
- For prepaid orders, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For COD orders, this fee will be adjusted during the return process.
- Customers must contact 99Clubhouse within 24 hours of delivery to report any issue.

How to Return an Item
To ensure that your return reaches our warehouse safely and on time, please follow these instructions carefully. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection of your request:
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Clearly write your Order ID, Name, and Address on the package.
- Mention the recipient address and Order ID on the front of the package.
- Ensure the product is clean, unused, and includes all original tags, labels, barcodes, and documents.
- Use a reliable courier service that provides a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.

Return & Refund Guidelines
To prevent any confusion or fraud and to ensure a smooth process, please note the following rules:
- Returns can be made through any trusted courier/logistics service of your choice.
- Courier charges for returning the item will not be reimbursed by 99Clubhouse.
- The returned product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- All original labels, barcodes, and tags must be intact — otherwise, your return will be rejected.
- Always ensure the correct warehouse address is mentioned on the package.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a 99Clubhouse gift card/store credit.
- Price drops after purchase are not eligible for refunds or partial credits.
- All return/refund requests must be sent to support@99clubhouse.com.
- Approval or rejection of a request is solely at the discretion of 99Clubhouse’s quality team.
- Do not send back any product before receiving an acknowledgement from our support team.
- Discounted or free items are non-refundable.
- Any fraudulent activity or misinformation will result in rejection of the request and may lead to legal action.
- If a replacement is not available, only then a refund for the paid amount will be processed.
- Refunds will never exceed the original amount paid.
- Once the 7-day return window closes, no requests will be accepted.
- Food, snacks, beverages, and all edible items are strictly non-returnable.
